Whistleblower Protection Statement
Merus Global Investments, LLC and its affiliates (Merus), respect the rights of whistleblowers and do not tolerate any conduct that impedes, prevents, or discourages individuals from reporting possible securities law violations. As part of its ordinary course of its business, the Merus has entered into agreements that include confidentiality or similar provisions prohibiting disclosure of the Merus’ confidential information. For avoidance of doubt, no such agreement or confidentiality provision prohibits or prevents any individual from reporting possible securities law violations to the SEC, CFTC, or any other federal, state, or local governmental regulatory or law enforcement agency or requires disclosure to the Firm thereof or impairs any individual’s rights under whistleblower laws Merus will no enforce any such agreement or provision against any individual in relation to reporting a possible securities law violation to regulators.

Transparency in Coverage Rule

This link leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to access and analyze data more easily.
